I have CG's that I never wear just for collection purposes. Hate the IX's personally except charcoal and olives which I will pick up.

@Jorge and whoever else makes these "those look like like crap" comments: Maybe I'm missing something but that pick just looks like the shoe to me. I'm not sure what small nuances I'm overlooking but that looks like something I'm gonna buy. I know ppl complain about the shapes of certain shoes and sometimes I can see where they are coming from, but this time I'm lost. Can you give me a side-by-side of a 9 that looks acceptable and the pic above? I know someone did this when pics of the cement 4s started floating around and I did see the small changes on those...still copped them though.

^^^Just looks like a smaller size to me. Colors are def not the same either but who ever said that the 1st pick was a sample and NOT a fake? I'm just saying as a stand alone pick the 1st one doesn't have any dead giveaway features like: all lace holes in stead of plastic lace loops, no PL, too many "teeth" on the mid-sole...stuff like that. That's why I wanted a side by side.
What I'm saying is the basics are all there, I'll give you the shape and shade difference but in general the shoe is all there. Truth be told, I noticed the shape dif off top but again the basics are all there. |

LOL, Gonzo. I'm gonna say it. Shape looks super fake around the toe. Looks like a duck's beak. No doubt There will be other pictures with different shapes. These I'm on the fence about. I dont say that too much with newer retros.

Hey, it is what it is..... in comparison,the 1st pic looks fake. Clearly. But it's got the basics as I said earlier. Really I was more concerned with the swift judgment than anything else. Plus, who said the 1st pic was an official sample of any sort? Barring some ridiculous makeover I'll be copping.
But yeah, I've been buying Jordan's since'97 so I'll take whatever punishment the shoe gods have for me. Do ur worst. |

Gonzo....The basics? Even the fakes have the basics.
You questioning if that picture may even be real tells me that you wouldn't be surprised if they were fake. Meaning that they look like crap right? So you're saying that you'd buy these regardless what they look like? Smh.....I guess you can convince yourself to believe that they're generally the same shoe, but they aren't. If they release looking like that picture I will not be buying. I'm not brainwashed into buying JB's crap. If they don't look different upon release than it's an easy pass for me. Oh, and even 02 Kid sizes don't look anything like these. So these being a smaller size doesn't mean ****!
